The Wikipedia (uvx) MCP server is a local (stdio) Model Context Protocol server available in the McpMux registry. Retrieve and search Wikipedia content for LLMs through the Model Context Protocol. Search articles, fetch full text or summaries, extract sections, links, coordinates, related topics, and key facts. No API key required. Pass a different Wikipedia edition with the optional --language flag (e.g. uvx wikipedia-mcp --language ja). This is a community-contributed MCP server by Rudra-ravi.
